Hong Kong, Australia pick up Trump doc from All3Media International
22 October 2024

Hong Kong's Now TV and Australia's Nine Network have picked up rights to "Trump: The Criminal Conspiracy Case" in the first round of pre-sales sealed by indie distributor All3Media International.

The deals for the feature-length documentary from 72 Films, ("9/11: One Day in America") were part of a raft of global pick ups announced this morning as day two of Mipcom opened.

The films promises to reveal U.S. prosecutors' unprecedented effort to bring former President Trump to justice – before he has a chance to return to the White House.

"Trump: The Criminal Conspiracy Case" is produced for the BBC, in association with All3Media International, and premieres on BBC Two in the U.K. tomorrow (23 October).

The documentary is directed by BAFTA winner Marian Mohamed ("Defending Digga D") and produced by Jecca Powell ("The Zelensky Story").

Executive producers are David Glover ("Shakespeare: Rise of a Genius"), Mark Raphael ("Rise of the Billionaires") and Nick Holt ("The Murder Trial").
