Netflix Opens Applications for K-pop Girl Group Audition Series “We Go High”
26 October 2026

Netflix Korea has opened applications for “We Go High”, a K-pop girl group audition series set at an arts high school.

Contestants represent arts high schools across Korea and compete against each other while forming a group.

Applications are open to first- and second-year high school students at schools with arts and entertainment-related programmes, and to students who enter such schools in 2027.

Park Jin-kyung and Lee Jae-seok of production company Monsterahaus direct and produce the series.

Netflix has also signed a memorandum of understanding with SM C&C covering collaboration to support the growth and activities of the girl group formed through the series after its debut.

Netflix has not given a premiere date, episode count, number of contestants or application deadline. The terms of the SM C&C memorandum have not been disclosed.
