Philippines’ filmmaker Quark Henares has joined up with Lino Cayetano and Shugo Praico at Rein Entertainment Productions (“Salvageland”, “Bag Man”).

Partnership confirmed, project details emerging… Henares, who won Silver for best Asian movie at the 2025 ContentAsia Awards for his film “Where’s the Lie” (Anima), recently relocated from Singapore to Manila after four years.

He was previously head of originals for Prime Video and Amazon Studios in the Philippines, and head of Globe Telecom’s studio business, also in the Philippines.
