Newly reimagined B2B rights transaction platform Vuulr arrives in Cannes this year with a bespoke white-label solution – VuulrOS – that gives content owners their own branded, always-on sales website and infrastructure.
The OS platform removes the commission model charged on the main Vuulr.com marketplace and offers four subscription tiers, according to catalogue size. Prices start at $30/month for indies with max five titles.
The platform, originally founded in Asia and headquartered in the U.S. in its new incarnation, said the whitelabel solution enabled sellers of any size to take their rights sales online.
Ben Flint, chief commercial officer at Vuulr, pitches the platform as enabling rights holders to own their buyer relationships at the same time as having a modern, fully automated sales infrastructure. “They don’t have to choose,” he says.
The relaunched platform includes built-in chat, automated notifications and contract-expiry alerts. Further automation is being developed that will, among other features, offer pricing recommendations and deeper listing and offer analytics.
Supply-chain functionality covering delivery, localisation, billing and reporting is planned with partners for 2027.
Vuulr relaunched in September chaired by investor Silvia Kusnirova managed day-to-day by Flint.
