Hong Kong’s Director of Broadcasting, Kwan Yuen-yee, led a delegation from Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) to Chengdu earlier this month, sealing a MoU with Chengdu Radio and Television Station to implement the joint hosting of the Hong Kong Record Footprints Exhibition and other activities in Chengdu in 2027.

The broadcasters said the aim was to deepen mutual understanding and cultural ties, and jointly leverage communication power to showcase the cultural soft power of Hong Kong and Chengdu.
