Korea, HK, Japan add history titles to new schedules
02 December 2020

U.K.-based distributor Cineflix Rights closed day two of this year’s ATF online market in Singapore listing sales of three history titles to broadcasters in Japan (NHK Enterprises), South Korea (Creo Contents/NATV) and Hong Kong (TVB).

Creo bought the six-part “Timeline of the Century” by CIC Media for A+E Latin America; the series looks at transformative moments of the past 20 years.

NHK bought 60-minute special, “Who Was the Real Neanderthal?”, which explores the latest scientific findings that open new insights into human evolution.

In Hong Kong, dominant broadcaster TVB bought six-part series, “Lost Treasures of Egypt”, which follows modern-day archaeologists unearthing relics.
