
PwC Consulting and Parrot Analytics have tied up on an alliance the partners said today is "designed to revolutionise how media and entertainment organisations harness data to drive growth and profitability". The new service's primary launch market is Japan.
In an announcement out of Tokyo and Los Angeles, the two said the blending strategic consulting services with entertainment analytics, streaming economics and content valuation would "accelerate the data-driven expansion of content, IP valuation, audience monetization, and value creation for global media and entertainment clients".
Parrot Analytics has designated Japan as the primary launch market in Asia, positioning its innovative media sector at the forefront of new monetisation models.
