
Mainland Chinese streamer iQiyi has picked up 70 hours of unscripted content from global indie All3Media International in the third China deal announced this week. The other two are with Bilibili and Tencent.
The three premium factual docs going to iQiyi include 72 Films' four-episode one-hour series, "Rise of The Billionaires", which traces the origin stories of tech titans, including Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk, who shaped our world; and Lion TV’s three-part "Stolen: Catching The Art Thieves".
True crime titles include the third season of Bright North’s "FBI True", which delves into the world of real FBI agents.
iQiyi also acquireda raft of Lion TV's historical titles, including "Cleopatra: Portrait of A Killer", "Stealing Van Gough", a second season of "Hampton Court: Behind Closed Doors" and "Hitler's Propaganda Machine".
Animal programmes include "Snake Boss", "Predator Land" and "Wildlife Rescue".
